We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to strengthen our online presence, increase brand awareness, and generate qualified leads across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
🎯 Your Responsibilities
As Social Media Manager, you will be in charge of developing the strategy, producing content, and managing performance across all social media platforms. Your tasks will include:
✅Designing and leading a cross-platform social media strategy aligned with our business objectives
✅ Creating monthly editorial calendars with engaging content (posts, videos, stories, reels, carousels, etc.)
✅ Writing impactful and visually appealing copy tailored to each platform
✅ Managing sponsored campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads), including targeting, budgeting, and performance optimization
✅Interacting with our community, moderating comments, and boosting engagement
✅Monitoring and analyzing KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) through dashboards
✅ Conducting continuous competitive and creative monitoring
🛠 Desired Profile :
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role
Excellent command of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Strong skills in copywriting, storytelling, and brand strategy
Proficiency with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Notion, Buffer/Hootsuite, Ads Manager
Ability to work independently with rigor and analytical thinking
Good command of English
Bonus: basic skills in graphic design, video editing, or visual AI tools
