🌟 About De Bouana

At De Bouana Luxembourg Sarl, we are launching De Bouana Assist 365: a premium outsourced Microsoft 365 support service for SMEs (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, user management, security, onboarding/offboarding) from €49 excl. VAT per user per month.

🎯 Main Missions

We are looking for business developers / freelance sales agents to develop:

✅ De Bouana Assist 365 (recurring contracts)

✅ The full De Bouana portfolio (audit, cybersecurity, migration, managed IT, digitalisation, etc.)

Your role:

  • Identify SME decision-makers (Managing Director, Office Manager, Finance Director/HR Director, IT Manager).
  • Assess their needs and secure appointments.
  • Co-facilitate discussions with De Bouana (you are not on your own).
  • Participate in deal closing and sales follow-up (pipeline).
🛠 Desired Profile :
  • Have an existing SME network in Luxembourg (or a genuine ability to build one quickly)
  • You are comfortable with B2B prospecting (LinkedIn, fieldwork, referrals)
  • You are organised (follow-ups, pipeline, targets)
  • Self-employed (or in the process of setting up a business)

🏆 Why join us?

    • 20% to 25% for the first 12 months (depending on volume)
    • Decreasing commissions possible thereafter (transparent contract)
  2. Signing bonuses
    • €250 per new client for 20 or more users signed up
    • €500 if an annual commitment is made upon signing
  3. Commissions on other De Bouana services
    • 11% to 17% on projects (audit, migration, cyber security, web applications, CRM, etc.)
    • 10% on certain recurring contracts (depending on scope)

Accelerators: Bonuses based on monthly thresholds (users / signed clients).
